Welcome to Ink Apps ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Shopify integrations and related services ("Services").

By installing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our Services. Our Services are intended for businesses operating in Australia.

2. Service Description

Our Shopify integrations provide features such as exporting orders for processing to Australia Post and syncing invoices and payments to Xero. These tools may access and process data from your Shopify store.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect and process certain personal information ("PII") and order-related data from your Shopify store, including but not limited to:

• Customer name, email, phone number, and address
• Order details such as product information, price, and purchase date

We handle your data in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have obtained any necessary consents from your customers to allow us to process their data as described.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we process. However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that you use our Services at your own risk.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Services in accordance with applicable laws
• Not misuse or interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
• Maintain the security of your Shopify credentials and store access

6. Intellectual Property

All content and technology used in our Services (excluding your store data) is owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

7. Fees and Payments

Our Services may be offered with free or paid plans. Fees and billing terms will be outlined on the Shopify App Store listing or other provided documentation. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the applicable charges.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide our Services "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or for operational/security reasons.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or app notification. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania.
